5. Nauka aasan

Nauka aasan-

This aasan is also known as boat pose. This aasan is one of the toughest asanas. Firstly lie down flat on your yoga mat or ground, with your feet together, and keep your arms on the sides. .Start Inhaling through nostrils and as you exhale out, slowly lift your chest and feet from the ground, then stretch your arms towards your feet. Feel the muscular pressure in your stomach area due to abdominal muscle contraction. Let the weight of your body rests entirely on the buttocks for some time. Now exhale slowly and bring the body back to the starting position and relax. Practice this for at least 4-5 times but make sure you don’t overdo it
